Festival by the Lake

The Festival is an annual event on the Wakefield Commons, along the shoreline of picturesque Lake Quannapowitt. Craft vendors, local organizations, live entertainment, and great food comprise the day.
The festival is organized by the WCNA as a fundraiser for its many community projects. All proceeds from all WCNA events are earmarked for our town improvement projects. The most recent project was the installation of a sprinkler system on the upper Common.
The festival is scheduled every year on the second Saturday in June, with a rain date on the following Saturday. The Festival has thrived for over twenty- five years!
Food Vendor Notice:
Per the Wakefield Board of Health (BOH): All food vendors must be individually permitted and inspected by the Wakefield BOH.
